From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear that this community truly prioritizes compassion, professionalism, and dignity. Valentina, the administrator, sets the tone for the entire facility. She is warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything our family needed. Her leadership ensures that residents and their families feel supported every step of the way. I also want to give special recognition to Linda, one of the nurses who cared for my mom with patience, kindness, and genuine concern. She consistently went above and beyond—whether it was answering our questions, checking on my mom’s comfort, or simply offering a reassuring smile during difficult moments. Thanks to the entire EverTrue Luthercrest team, my mom felt safe, respected, and truly cared for. Their dedication made a challenging time significantly easier for our family. I am forever grateful for the love and professionalism they showed Elena. I wholeheartedly recommend EverTrue Luthercrest to any family looking for exceptional, compassionate care.

  Staff and residents are friendly and interesting to converse with. There's a wide variety of great food and activities from which to choose. The campus, which is an accredited Arboretum, is a beautiful place for outside activities like walking, bocce, and our CROP Hunger Walk in the autumn and our Water Walk for Malawi in the spring.

  We have been at Evertrue Luther Crest for 4 years. We moved here to be in an active community and have not been disappointed. This is also a caring group of people who look out for others in the community. Staff provide many activities to choose from: trips, exercise classes, educational lectures and events, and much fun and laughter. We are grateful that we are part of this wonderful group of people!

  My 90 year old mother is a resident. If you are considering this facility keep in mind they are making all their systems automated and online, which has been extremely difficult for my mother. Everything from signing up for trips, ordering food and making dinner reservations is expected to be done online. It’s ridiculous to expect this generation to have to use their phones to make meal plans. Unacceptable.

  Terrible :( I could go on and on about the lack of compassion and professionalism. I am not sure if they hire the bottom of the barrel people or if these aides just don't care because they are paid so little; but the lack of care my father received while in this facility was heartbreaking! I had to complain over and over to get him bathed (1 full week no bath, no change of clothing). Soaked through with urine because no one came to check on him for hours. Blood sugar not being checked for a week. Finally after a week of complaining things seemed to be better. Nope, after one week of caring for my father properly, we are right back to not bathing or changing his clothing. All I can really say is there are plenty of facilities that at least do what they are supposed to do. Please look around before choosing this place! There is a total lack of communication. It is shameful they way they treat their patients! Wish I would have read reviews before sending him here. Looks like same issues for years!
