  I visited Brookdale the day before Thanksgiving. I’m old enough to start looking for a place for myself where I might feel welcome, make friends in my age group, and enjoy a variety of activities. Barbie Taylor was kind enough spend two hours w me and showed me around the facility while introducing me to many of the staff and residents. She seemed to know everyone’s name! All the staff were friendly, but even more, all the residents were friendly and most paused to at least say hi. I’m not ready to move yet, but, when it is time, I would certainly move to brook day in Wilsonville!

  I helped a veteran move into Brookdale Wilsonville. This community went above and beyond helping him get settled in. He is loving the food and entertainment. He said everyone is so nice and he feels like he is "alive" again. We could not be more pleased.

  Would not recommend. My parents are residents and there continues to be issues in multiple areas. Food quality has been up and down from inedible to fair. Often cold and greasy. Have numerous investigations from Adult Protective Services and staff and leadership can be intimidating and harassing to residents, including trying to place blame elsewhere for employee thefts from residents. Despite not being able to retain an executive director, chef, and regular staff they have greatly increased rent and plan to increase rent further in the coming years. They've had issues with wrong medications being given. Their bookkeeper/front desk person, Kim, is rude to residents and guests. I've experienced this first hand. Brookdale doesn't seem to care despite making complaints. Residents are afraid to make complaints out of fear of reprisal. Brookdale the organization was sued in California and lost regarding improper rent increases and trying to force residents out to get in higher paying residents. Meanwhile, the CEO makes seven figures a year and they are doing the same thing, at least at this location. Organization is very profit focused at the expense of the residents. Be careful.

  Brookdale Wilsonville has been such an incredible blessing for my father and our family. They have been so caring and bend over backwards to make it a great place to live. I can’t thank them enough.

  Where do I begin? The staff at Brookdale Wilsonville is an incredibly capable and caring team of people. My parents moved in nearly one year ago and every step of the way from moving in to now has been met with the supportive, helpful assistance from every staff member. I cannot say enough about the team of people – they are truly amazing and honestly they feel like extended family (the family that you like and love)! Every resident is greeted by name. Every resident is treated with genuine respect and dignity. Every resident is celebrated for who they are. Every resident matters - and that is communicated daily in thousands of ways by all the staff. The building is clean and beautiful, the dining room serves delicious meals (always with many choices) and the list of activities to participate in is nearly endless. I am so grateful for the staff who make Brookdale so amazing and am daily thankful for all they do.
