A Cottage resident, Tom, wanted to give us a review and asked we post this for him: “I live in one of the Independent Cottages. They are quite spacious. A big bonus is the landscaping service is included. All my neighbors are very nice. It’s a friendly place to live.”

I absolutely love it here. Everyone is really sweet and for the most part they're super happy as well. I love to hear people from older generations talk about their life stories. I dont think enough of today's generation of kids spends enough time talking to the elderly. They have so much to teach us.

My sister has been a resident of Rose Valley for 2+ years. Because of her need for more involved nursing care, she will be leaving. While she was there, the staff was exceptional. Everyone from the manager to the staff involved with the day to day care. They where all pleasant, helpful and went out of their way to do extra for my sister. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Rose Valley does extra through the month, Irish day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, 4th of July, family days, buses to the doctors office, supermarkets, Walmart trips, and most important, Bingo, yoga, exercise classes, and walks among other activities. My sister and I are sad that she needs to move onto a more skilled nursing facility. As someone whole has been in the medical field for 55+ years and has eaten institutional food, the food is good. Lets be honest, it is not home cooking, but good. There is coffee, fruit, bags of chips available throughout the day in the dining room all day.

Called to get some info, their receptionist or whomever answered the phone was VERY rude. If you were taking care of my loved one(s) I’d slap you if were that way w my relatives. Not a very encouraging encounter. I ll look elsewhere. Thanks
