Will they be safe? Will they be cared for in a nurturing and respectful manner? These were a few of the million questions I had. Then I met Joe and the staff at Brookdale and quickly my worries went away. Joe was accommodating, helpful, thoughtful, comforting and funny. He was wonderful with my mom as was her entire care team. Her apartment was beautiful and she felt at home right away. The nursing and care team at Brookdale are all so nice and gentle and patient. My mom would tell me funny stories about her visits with Joe and the staff at Brookdale. I'm so thankful for Brookdale and the excellent care they gave my mom.

He’s often there on a weekend. I can’t say enough about his kindness. Everyone enjoys Joe. He’s the reason I chose this place for my parents.

He is always there to assist my father and goes above and beyond. It is comforting to know that he is there if my father or I need him. We are extremely fortunate to have him, so very grateful for Joe.
