The whole building is absolutely beautiful, the food is amazing...the staff are so nice and friendly,and the residents are so happy!!! This is one of the BEST facility's that I have ever gotten the pleasure of visiting!!! Way to go Brookdale! 🥰

Problem is that many of the care staff are not treated well, the current ED is more concerned with numbers than people and fires people all the time for rumours his own staff creates without really checking facts. Little support for the nurses and the RN is gone so much of the time leaving the LPN exposed to licensing issues for which is needed for RN supervision. The food is often complained about and no real attempts to fix these issues. This building has gone through dozens of ED's and nurses along with very underpaid direct care staff. Maintenance supervisor was so rude most of the time. I think there are better places for your parents to live and thrive.
