My business, Parsons Home Team has moved seniors for over 9 years to all of the senior living communities in the area and I can honestly say that Bill is by far the best maintenance director we have worked with. We arrived at 8:15 to start unpacking and Bill not only met me as I was walking in, he had already been in the cottage setting up the cable box for our clients. He also built up a ramp to the back door so that they could take their scooters back there to enjoy the sunshine. Each time he came in, he asked if there was anything we needed. Moving day for our clients is a big deal and even the smallest missed detail can be difficult. Bill made sure every detail was taken care of. I can’t say enough about how great he is. Outstanding experience!

The staff was extremely professional and helpful. We felt welcomed and cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. The facility is warm and inviting and the residents that we interfaced with were friendly. It was a good experience!
