- SRSteve RhodabackNov 15, 20251.0Please choose another place for your loved one. My mother was with this location for two years. Her one bedroom started at $6500 and topped $11,000 near the end of her stay. Her Care Plan increased but the facility never increased her personal care. Email all concerns to the current ED as to keep a paper trail for State investigation for Licensing and Compliance. Also Ombudsman for Long Term Care.
- BCBrennen CulleyNov 5, 20251.0One of the worst facilities I have ever been a part of. Seen multiple health and safety violations in the kitchen and on the floor. Surprised state hasn't shut this place down yet. I have seen multiple residents pass and be left unattended for hours. I have made these issues known to the hire ups and the state. These practices or, lack there of need to be dealt with. This is a reflection of management and obviously they are not able to keep this ship above water. Please take your loved ones somewhere else. Thank you
