This daycare is an absolute dream! My baby since she was 12 weeks old has gone here. She loves liz and her teachers she is always excited to go to daycare. They have helped me so much with understanding the milestones that my baby is hitting and are always willing to help me with any questions I have about my baby and her well being. The art work my baby makes is amazing and are so cute truly things I will cherish forever. Also love all the updates and pictures I get during the day!!

We have been with Child network for YEARS. Our 5 year old attended #199 for years and I couldn’t say anything bad about it. Absolutely love all the staff they became and still are like family. Unfortunately we moved and I had to make the decision to switch him. We switched to this childcare network , and the transition hasn’t been good at all.
I’d like to start off with communication, the communication has been extremely bad with the director Liz . I set up a tour and went , she told me since I receive some dhs assistance I would need to switch contract numbers of facilities.
I toured on a Thursday I believe , and that following Monday I went to drop him off , mind you I am a nurse so calling in at the last minute is not acceptable. On our first day Liz would not let me drop him off due to not being able to swipe him in because I didn’t have my card . She NEVER said anything about having to have the card at drop off or he couldn’t attend. This literally made me miss work and have to call in! She didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience! This is something that should have been told at the tour! YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DROP OFF without the CARD. Also most daycare facilities have now transitioned to the app and do not use the card. It’s not an issue they still use the card it just should be clearly stated before your child starts you will need your daycare card or you won’t be able to drop off.
I managed to get the card and he started the following Monday . Every day since then I’m being told new information I’m not doing , that she’s never told me .
The icing on the cake is today, I was called to come pick my child up due to “cussing and throwing a fit “ my child has never been sent home at the other facility which she should be able to see since he’s a transfer , he’s never ever swore , or been written up - it’s something he’s
Learned here! Which the teacher admitted to me at the door that there is other children in the classroom they have issues with that CUSS. I’m not a delusional parent i discipline my child but thank GOD I was off work . Again I’m a nurse and I just can’t leave work it would be shift abandonment and I could lose my nursing license over it. I couldn’t imagine what would happen if I told her I couldn’t leave work until relief ( another nurse) was there. When I picked him
Up today the classroom was complete chaos, my 5 year old was standing alone in the corner as mayhem was all around.
Just do more research before going here !

I couldn’t be happier with our experience with Liz and her staff here! They have been incredibly supportive, making my two-year-old son's transition smooth and comforting. The rooms are clean and I get lots of photos of my son doing fun, engaging activities that have helped him thrive. Communication is excellent, with daily updates on meals, potty training and diaper supplies/needs. I highly recommend this location to any parent looking for a nurturing place for their child!
