I believe mom would have been very pleased with the arrangements and the care that Schaudt’s put into the funeral in giving this beautiful woman her send off into Heaven that she deserved. - MRMelissa RemingtonOct 30, 20251.0Karie Schaudt is absolutely the most rude and unprofessional owner to deal with. Apparently, she doesn’t need the business and referrals don’t matter. Filed complaint with Oklahoma state funeral home board based on interaction. Talking with others found out this is a major trend with Schaudt’s specifically Karie. Karie had a chance to reach out to rectify situation before complaint was filed with state. Karie shouldn’t have gotten involved in family matters by making comments like the second service would be an “appropriate” service for MY husband. Compassion is definitely something Karie needs to work on especially speaking with a grieving spouse.
- DDDerekOct 9, 20251.0Went here for a viewing and I was disgusted with how they propped up my family members head in such a way that emphasized the double chin that would not have been there if they used a smaller pillow or didn't force her chin down. Should be obvious that the dead would want their final appearance to be graceful.
