When it’s time for loved ones to make a move like this, most people have no idea how to go about finding a good place. I certainly did not. When my folks moved to Brookdale from another facility in Stillwater, I was amazed at how they ensured we were getting the maximum benefits from long term care insurance. The previous facility had not done this, and I was clueless about how it should be done. All of the staff at Brookdale are amazing, caring, good people, but the ones I thank God for are: Ava, Johnnie, Deseri, Erin, and Tiffany. God Bless! Jenny Bayles
