She resided in Florida, and it was my lucky day when I called and talked to Lane Pilkington. He was the perfect person to handle everything, and his attention to detail and assistance was invaluable. He went up and beyond my expectations every time. He even arranged a deaf interpreter for one family member and she was exceptional. He hooked up a keyboard and mic for another family member when things didn't appear to be working. His respect and care was very much appreciated. Thank you Lane for a marvelous service.
