Scheduled a tour here and arrived about 5 minutes early. There wasn’t anyone sitting at the front, so I rang the bell. Still no one came to the door after several minutes.
While I was waiting, I could hear a kiddo repeatedly screaming “let go of me”. At one point, I saw several kids walking past the front door (a few of them stopped to wave at me and very easily could have opened the door). I rang the bell again thinking the teacher was hopefully right around the corner. Still no one came to the door.
I ended up leaving 5 minutes after my appointment time just for the fact that I did not see any adult the entire 10 minute timeframe I’d been standing there, but I did see children. Huge safety concern. Also, hearing a kiddo screaming to let them go for 5+ minutes straight is somewhat concerning even without seeing what was happening.
Definitely going to be looking elsewhere for childcare and just wanted to share my experience here for other parents who might be looking.

Update: supposed check for vaca week coming.
We didn’t have much choice but to take our child to this daycare and i am SO glad he is in preschool now. He hated it almost everyday and has told me some questionable things, (including that when another child was mean and hit him he went to the teacher and said teacher apparently said to just “hit them back”) and including that, there are so many reasons over time that i learned to hate it as well. The staff is a hit or miss. They are either unwelcoming, flat out rude, and moody -or just friendly enough to not be totally unpleasant. And because they’re so inconsistent u never know which one it’s gonna be. There was only one lady that was consistent and fortunately she was kind. I think she would deliver food to the classrooms. And i do want to add im not referring to necessarily all the staff, I’m really just referring to most of the stuff that I would have contact with which was just maybe two or three people throughout the years. I know there are at least a few really good kind hearted teachers there. I just did not have a whole lot of contact with them especially once my son transitioned to the building for the older kids. And when he did, usually the lady that would watch the kids before the main teachers arrived, would do her best to help him, adjust and cheer up when I dropped him off. Just want to be fair and add that.
But I’m gonna say this, keep an eye on your bank accounts. Especially if u give them notice you are going on vacation and are not supposed to be charged. They charged us for that whole week, then said they would fix it… 2 weeks later still not fixed and now saying since he’s technically not enrolled anymore they might not be able to fix it… Um… you took my money. Talk to whoever u need to talk to, explain, and give it back. It’s shouldn’t be that complicated.
Also said we would not be charged for the last week of daycare because he did not attend…Not the case.(and I don’t necessarily blame who said that because again the staff is a hit or miss. And the first person at least tried/wanted to cut us some slack.) Anyway, he was technically still enrolled at the start of new week for his last 2 days there, but did not attend. He hated it so much i just couldnt bring myself to make him go his last 2 days so i took off work to let him stay home with me. We talked to the staff and they said they would go ahead and not charge for the week or at least not the full week since he wasn’t there at all physically, and enrolled only for 2 days that week. Not only did we still get charged, we got charged $10 more than usual. And i get it if some of them are super hung up on technicalities, then fine so be it. It’s a business first and foremost. Can’t be helped.
But if nothing else, you would think they would give u some kind of credit or something after the many times they failed to pick up their end of the deal and closed down the daycare because of their own technical issues and yet parents still had to pay for the full week, even though the children were only allowed to come once, or twice that week, and on top of that parents lost multiple days of work several times in order to pick up kids. Out of all those several times i can only remember ONE time where they decided to only charge partial week fee.
This is the type of company where if they have issue with the build, and have to close, the parents pay for it. They don’t shoulder their own expenses they put it on the parents.
So u cannot trust neither their word nor their ethic. IF they grow a conscious or u find the Lilly among thorns, they might help u out. But it’s rare. If u have any other choice i strongly suggest going elsewhere. For your kid’s sake and your job-attendance/finances.
My child is now in a dif school and from day one, as scary as it was for him at first he LOVED it. He loves all the teachers he meets, says here the kids are not mean to him, and he loves the food and has a lot of fun. He also doesn’t have a melt down when i drop him off. He goes in excited with a smile.

Have been taking my daughter here for the past year. Nothing but great care and service. They did a fantastic job when my little brothers were students at this location, nearly 20 years ago...and continued with excellence with my family!

I was very nervous when I first enrolled and dropped my daughter off. Terri and Michael were very nice and helpful in reassuring me my 1 year old would be fine. I absolutely love the staff and my daughter's teachers. I am grateful for the care they provide and the learning tools my daughter receives each and every day!
