From the time I made my first inquiry, I could tell Brookdale Norman was a caring, proactive team who had our best interests in mind. My mother has now lived at Brookdale Norman for nine months and she proudly calls it home. And my peace of mind is higher than it has been in years. I can’t imagine a nicer assisted living facility and I also know they will care for her as her needs change which is a great relief.

Naomi, Staci, Cindy, Crystal, Tabitha, Iris, Anne, Elizabeth, Adam, Larry, Sharon, Shelby…..I wish I knew every name, because everyone who has participated in mom’s care has been a godsend. The building is welcoming and warm, and the community of residents have a real feeling of family. Many of the Brookdale Norman team have been on staff for around ten years, and their experience shows. A wonderful move for our family.

To whom it may concern, The family of LaVetta Peden would like to express our gratitude to all the staff at Brookdale Norman for the care they provided for LaVetta during her time there. We feel that all of you at Brookdale were very instrumental in her being able to remain in the place she looked to as “home” in her final days. It seems, in some instances, the professionals involved may make the decision that the resident’s needs exceed the guidelines of assisted living, and therefore the resident must be sent to a nursing home, but not in our experience! LaVetta’s family always felt secure in knowing how Brookdale was helping and providing for her, and we were all so grateful that she was able to spend her last days there, being cared for by those she loved, and who she knew returned that love.
