My son had an incident with a teacher getting in his face and not only that she pushed his hand away when he was crying pointing to his bag (indicating he wanted his bottle because he was thirsty). 2nd incident I picked my son up with a big gash next to his eye and it was bleeding (was not notified) until arrival. 3rd incident was my kids finger getting smashed in the window and was not notified nor giving a incident report. They refused for me to watch cameras with the last incident and since then I have pulled my son out of this daycare.
