We recognize that each child is unique, and providing them with a positive early learning experience is a critical step in leading them down a path of educational and social success. We are proud to partner with parents to foster the growth of our future generation. We understand the significance of families entrusting us with their child’s education and development, and consider it a privilege and a huge responsibility that we will never take for granted.
We have used My Small Wonders for over 6 years, and have had two children go to the facility for childcare services. I can't say enough positive things about this place, they have been wonderful to our family and our children, and I have never had any concern about the care my children received there, which provides a piece of mind you can't put a price on!

Before you bring your children here just know they pay their “teachers” around $10-13 an hour and they’re in charge of about 4-8 toddlers in a room, usually alone. They don’t appreciate or respect the “teachers” who’ve been there for years and years and force them out to better paying facilities. The audacity to charge the insane amounts for childcare and then pay the people who literally run your business below a liveable wage is insane.

This daycare was originally privately owned and the owners truly put a lot of time and effort to make it something unique like no other center. However, the owners sold the daycare and the experience quickly became a very over priced daycare with lots of rules. They stopped all of the learning, had a high teacher turnover rate and the center really dropped a lot of the special amenities that made it a fun atmosphere. They also made it clear that they were not interested in your child after the age of 5. At one time I did rank this place a 5 star but now if I could give it a 0 star I would. Way too expensive and not a fun or friendly place.
I am only making an edit to my review to note that since making the review, Management has been quick to make 5 star reviews stating how much they do for the "school age kids, what a complete lie. The school age classroom has a 20:1 ratio and the kids are going wild almost the whole time, I can't blame them it is not fun. Seems like the teacher assigned to the room just gets on to kid after kid. There is no learning, they have video games (a switch) that they do not let the kids use, by the age of 5 they have outgrown the playground equipment and be prepared to have them eat the exact same gross food every week. I addressed these issues with the teachers and they were in agreement and referred me to management. It all fell on deaf ears with the management, they seem to just put out more rules. I put my child in a different before and after program through the school for 1/3 the cost and he gets additional learning time, better playground equipment and he is very happy.

I would not recommend this daycare for any child, ever. We had a few instances that I felt were handled very poorly by management. The first major incident was in the 2 year old classroom, I saw a teacher slam a toddler (not even mine) down on a cot because she was frustrated this particular child was difficult getting to sleep. Management kept the teacher in that classroom, despite my vocal concerns. Eventually the teacher was moved out of the classroom (actual reason unknown) and they couldn’t find a good teacher to fill the class, which ended with another child punching my child in the face, giving her a black eye due to lack of supervision from the teacher. We tried to keep in mind things happen, but in the pit of my stomach, I felt the daycare wasn’t addressing safety concerns that seemed to continue to occur. We asked to be moved to a new classroom, which went well for about 6 months until she was moved to the next age group (3’s). Within 3 weeks my child had her tooth ripped out by a different daycare worker than the previous 2 incidences. My child had her blanket in her mouth during nap time and for whatever reason the daycare worker decided to, in full force, rip the blanket out of her mouth, ripping out her bottom front tooth. My daughter was seen by a dentist to confirm this had to have been done with extreme strength since this was a baby tooth, with a full root, that shouldn’t have come out for at least another 3 years at minimum. NO ONE should be handling children in this way. My daughter was then seen by a doctor to have a chest X-ray because the daycare couldn’t find the tooth and we were unsure if she aspirated it. Management handled this particular incident so poorly we had no other choice but to leave the facility. My child’s safety was put at risk on more than one occasion at this daycare and I would never trust them again. They might have a nice facility with live feed cameras, but those cameras present nothing more than a false sense of security. Had I not been watching on the first 2 incidences, I would never have known what happened. It terrifies me to think what all I didn’t see and I allowed my child to continue going there every single day.
