It is a VERY difficult decision to have to make and we had peace from the get go that this was the right place for our family. Everyone is always willing to take time for us with whatever we need. I feel comfortable coming to them with whatever I feel I need to communicate with them. My prayers were answered when we found Brookdale Memory Care.

The administration is professional and always available and open to communication and personally attentive to residents and staff. The staff are well trained and attentive to all the residents and provide care in such a respectful manner. Nursing communicates with families about medication, general health, emotional and behavior status. Dietary provides well balanced meals and I love the monthly family night meals. Maintenance keeps everything in excellent condition, responds quickly to assist families and is an integral part of the social life and community. What I love most is the compassionate sense of community that runs through every aspect of Brookdale Claremore. You won’t find a better place for your family member.
