  Horrible place. Had to go there for a pre screening drug test for my new job. I called yesterday and made an appointment and stated it was for a new job- the guy on the phone confirmed the appointment. I showed up, he took my information, scanned the barcode provided by my job and had me waiting for about 10 minutes before coming out and stating there was no female observer to do my drug test. He told me she would be in today and to call and make an appointment. I called today and guess what- no female observer. This place is clearly not ready for big clientele through business that need their employees drug tested.

  Check online to make an appointment. They don't accept online appointments according to quest. Furthermore appointments werent specified as needed. I understand I should have called in to check. Front desk rep states no walk ins and make a somewhat big deal about it. I ask if I can make an appointment for later or go somewhere else. They said they'll take me anyways. I understand the frustration of the worker, someone who works there everyday, but I dont and I don't think its appropriate to take it out on me and for it to not even matter in the end. I've only done one drug test before this but the worker did not clearly state the rules of doing the test. After placing in the specified area I went to wash my hands and immediatly was yelled at. Once again this might be obvious to someone who works there everyday, but I don't. Please understand other perspectives. Overall a negative experience. Im not looking for a positive experience for a drug test, but I do appreciate some courtesy anywhere.

  I needed to do a drug screening, for a job I just accepted. I looked at the different choices that the company was giving me, and I chose Columbus Health and Wellness because there was an opportunity to schedule the appointment, guaranteeing that I would get in at a certain time. In addition, I was very pleased to find that there is a way to schedule that appointment online! On the day of my appointment, I arrived about 15 minutes early. There are plenty of parking spaces, right next to the door. And I was in and out in about five minutes. It did help that I chugged a vitamin water and the rest of my coffee before going in lol. I want to address something that I’ve seen in the other reviews… That the people were incredibly rude/cold. I think we have to remember what kind of job this is, they have to be incredibly careful with the samples they’re collecting, and not making any mistakes along the way. Instead of seeing it as cold, I saw him as being incredibly efficient! If you’ve never done a drug screening before, here’s what you should expect: - they’ll ask for your drivers license as soon as you get there. And the staff will disappear for a little bit while he’s doing paperwork. - You’re going to a room and sign your initials and the date, and then before heading to the bathroom, they’ll ask you to leave everything in the office. You cannot bring your cell phone, you cannot bring your purse you cannot bring anything with you. - They’ll hand you a cup, and you’ll given instructions… Pay very close attention to those instructions, because if you do anything differently it will invalidate your test. - like I mentioned above, it’s very helpful to have been drinking a lot of liquids throughout the day, and then chugging liquids right before you go. Yes water is always the best if you have it available.

  Disgusting disrespect full, don’t waste your time going here. They don’t deserve your money or business. Especially the front desk lady.
