Mom feels at home here after just a couple of months. All my interactions with the staff have been above and beyond positive. I love the small and homey feel of the place. My mom loves the bus rides to just get outside. She enjoys the seasonal decorations. The place always looks (and smells) great. I can't say enough about the great staff. They are positive and respectful toward the residents. I highly recommend Brookdale Buck Creek.

From the administration to the nurses to the CNA's to housekeeping, and everyone in between. They truly treat my dad as if he is part of their family and they strive to accommodate every request. My dad is happy and safe. I'm so thankful we found Springfield's best kept secret!
