Everyone loves her and are are very compassionate and kind to her. they are very good at letting me know if there are any concerns or issues.

But now we received a letter about a family member in the Beavercreek location just before Christmas explaining that trip they would be raising all prices by 14% the start of the new year because of COVID. Families everywhere are paying more for about everything these days and this company feels it's ok to just raise prices by 14% for the new year! Unfortunately this show of greed has cost us and many others to rethink our future with this company during these times. It's sad that they feel this is justified when people are paying so much more just to keep their heads above water already.
