  I am so thankful for the helpfulness that O.R.Woodward provided. After a family member passed in another state , I was in need of advice & direction with many things. They was there to answer all my questions & guide me , they always returned my phone calls. They was able to help me with a military flag & helped me to reach out to the Navy. Scott was absolutely the most kind & caring person , his help was invaluable .

  O R was recommended to me by a friend. I had no idea how to plan or what to do, and just losing my husband of 33 years, I was an emotional disaster. Madi Acor was and is an amazing woman. She helped us plan everything, even coming up with great ideas to make my husband's funeral memorable and meaningful. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Madi, thank you for being a guiding light through the darkness time in my life.

  I can not say enough of the respect, care to details, and professionalism-with-kindness, O R Woodyard has shown my family over the years, and most recently April of 2025. This location (S.High St) had handled my mother and father’s funerals 30 years ago. They have now handled both my father-in-law and mother-in-law’s funerals more recently. 30 years later I witnessed that although the O R Woodyard business and leadership of the funeral home has been turned over to the younger generations of their family, they have kept the high standards the grandfather set in place. I can also verify from experience, they are not out to “money grab” or take advantage in your time of distress and grief. They help you give your deceased the best funeral and “celebration of life” within your budget and strive to meet your expectations in the process. Thank you Devon, for your kindness and professionalism, your Grandfather, O R Woodyard, would be proud!
