- TFteresa fieldsOct 14, 20255.0I have had wonderful health improvements by enjoying the aquatic exercise classes at the indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Live entertainment every Friday is wonderful. It’s a real pleasure getting to know my neighbors and everyone is very caring. A close knit community.

The facility management team at Trillium Crossing has a lack of communication, lack of follow up with concerns. You are just a number there, no real feel of care or concern for the resident. You must go daily to be an advocate for your family or friend who lives there to see they are receiving the care that is needed. Make and leave instructions for what should be done and hope that it is. Overall I do not recommend Trillium Crossing for a person needing nursing/medical care.

We love the 55 salad dressing and the menu is spectacular! The pool is a great feature and they have lots of programs and activities to stay active and fit.

We had a delivery for a resident at Brookdale, so I called to make sure they could have flowers and to confirm they was there. I spoke with Angela and she explained that they no longer lived there. I asked if there was a way she could reach out to a family member to let him know we had flowers for them. She went above and beyond, contacting them first to make sure it was ok if she could give out any information. This is obviously standard procedure, but She made it quick and easy and we were able to get the flowers to them the same day. Thanks Angela for your help and kindness. Rick
