Planning or pre-planning for these things are never fun or enjoyable for anyone but Leslie is understanding, easy to work with, and very commutative. Easily answers emails/questions. Funeral home is nice, clean, and spacious.

Answered every one of our calls with an hour or two, never made us feel like we were a burden with all of our questions, picked up the urn from the cemetery for us, order jewelry for me, and everything. They were not pushy at all about payment, and anyone who wanted to be involved could be. The funeral home is also beautiful. There was a space downstairs were could go get snacks and grieve privately when we needed to during the service. They made plenty of room for the collages and even completely customized the prayer card to include something different when nothing pre-made really suited my dad. When we needed more chairs for the service, they went and got more immediately before anything began to make sure everyone in attendance was comfortable. Going through this loss has been the hardest thing in my life, but Vitt, Stermer, and Anderson helped seamlessly put together a layout and service that is exactly what my family wanted. When going through this process, some people will try to take advantage of you, or treat you will coldness or distance. Everyone at this funeral home was the perfect amount of professionalism, kind, and helpful and we could not be more grateful. Thank you for helping our family in anyway you could heal through our loss. It has been so challenging, but you made the funeral and cremation process as easy as possible on your end. Thank you for everything you did for us.
