They not only took care of my husband; but, myself and my children as well. Angie Rumer also kept in contact with me for a year before I moved my husband to Brookdale. She contacted me monthly to see how my husband was doing and to see if we needed anything. She even offered to bring my husband and I a meal. Penny, who is always on the run, also stopped and took the time whenever I had a question or just needed to talk. To all the aides, you are all angels!! You do so much to react positively with all the residents. Although my husband was only there two months, you have left such a positive impact in our hearts. Thank you so much!

Longevity with staff is to be recognized as we seldom see this in any community. Brookdale is worth the 20 minute drive from Toledo for quality of care and management that goes over the top for their residents and staff.

It has a personalized, family atmosphere where everyone is comfortable, relaxed, and fun. The staff are like family because they are so personable and care. There are excellent activities and outings for residents and nursing care is attentive. I could not speak more highly of Brookdale Bowling Green.
