When Herbert L. Heyl founded our funeral home he chose a building located on Broad Street in Ashland Ohio.
Today we still operate out of that building, although many things have changed since then. Our funeral home features newly remodeled rooms in a home like atmosphere.
The main level of the building is fully accessible to those who may have difficulties with stairs.

- BBBrian BuddMar 24, 20242.0Recently attended a visitation of a loved one. Sad to see the funeral home seems to not care much. Funeral homes typically have an attendant at the door. They had one who sat never greeted, never held the door for anyone, and didn't assist with direction for people to know where to get in line, which people were not in any controlled environment. Seats were set up in middle of the room, instead of an environment for visitation. Very run down inside, needs a face-lift. Restroom very dark. A lamp in the corner. The least they could do is make sure it's a welcoming environment. RB
