- SMSarah MayfieldMar 6, 20255.0I cannot say enough positive things about our Brookdale Bellvue experience. After touring 8 other assisted living communities I knew within minutes of meeting Danielle that we had found the right place for my parents. She was so gracious with her time, open and kind. Touring the community I could see the care and compassion that the staff gave to their residents. We moved both of my parents into assisted living. They unfortunately progressed quickly with their dementia and needed more care than assisted living provides. The staff helped us find another Brookdale community that had a companion room for them and was closer to my home. We waited 3 weeks for their room in memory care to open up. In that time the entire staff went above and beyond taking extra care of them while we waited. We are truly grateful to Brookdale Bellvue.

However they tell you one thing during the tour and then change everything that was said once you’ve paid to have your loved one there. They make up new rules as they go, very frustrating.
