After touring 8 other assisted living communities I knew within minutes of meeting Danielle that we had found the right place for my parents. She was so gracious with her time, open and kind. Touring the community I could see the care and compassion that the staff gave to their residents. We moved both of my parents into assisted living. They unfortunately progressed quickly with their dementia and needed more care than assisted living provides. The staff helped us find another Brookdale community that had a companion room for them and was closer to my home. We waited 3 weeks for their room in memory care to open up. In that time the entire staff went above and beyond taking extra care of them while we waited. We are truly grateful to Brookdale Bellvue.

When she moved in, her room was immaculate and remained like that during her entire stay. Everyone connected with this facility, from administrators & office staff, nurses, aides, maintenance, activities directors , food service & transportation staff were so friendly and attentive to mom’s every need on a daily basis. She thoroughly enjoyed the full activities calendar offered every month. I never had a concern for her while there and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.
