- SDShenequa DupreeApr 28, 20221.0I Schedule a tour of the facility and that was fine. The communication is terrible. I called inquiring if they still had a available spot for my infant son I got passed from person to person with no one answering my question. The facility had my information all I need to submit was my approval letter from social services and I called left a message on the director voicemail . When I didn’t get a call back I called again and spoke with another staff who took my name and number and the reason I was calling. The staff advised me the director was in a meeting and would call back as soon as she was out. This was Monday 4/25/2022 it is now Thursday 4/28/2022 and I have not received a call no voicemail has been left updating me of anything. Even if they were full it’s still important to communicate with the inquiring parent. I would not recommend this facility because if you aren’t able to communicate the simple things I wouldn’t trust that any thing major would be communicated in a timely manner or handled as such.
- AWazaria websterMar 8, 20225.0I would like to express that Generations(Empire blvd) is amazing! The turnaround I’ve seen in the latest months from the first time I’ve visited is OUTSTANDING! I’ve looked into this location back in June but decided to go with childcare elsewhere. I felt God nudged me to this location again. When I went back I was in shock at how Clean, Organized and welcoming the environment is. The staff were focused, involved and playing with the children, which is what I look forward to! I want to personally congratulate Ms Nichole, site director on the hard work and compassion. ITS DEFINITELY NOTICED! And I look forward to my child joining the generations community ❤️
- AAAJul 15, 20191.0If you want your child sick, dirty, unkept and their stuff to go missing generations is perfect! Staff is always too busy to handle any issues and will place blame on everyone but themselves. I’m so glad my son isn’t there anymore. They’ve lost many kids due to their new director of 4 months!
