Brookdale Niagara Memory Care is the Best. When I knew I couldn't take care of my loved one at home anymore and didn't know where to turn Brookdale was there to help get the care I needed for my loved one. They have an incredible staff who treat you and your loved one with caring, respect, and dignity . It takes a special kind of person to deal with Alzheimer’s patients and each one of the staff there are Angels on earth. From the front desk, the nursing staff and the kitchen staff ,the caregivers you recieve quality care. Thank you Brookdale Niagara Memory Care.

My husband has received kind and compassionate care here. Although no one wants to place a loved one in memory care, if your loved one comes to Brookdale, your fears will be relieved, and you can enjoy your visits.

Horrible experience. My mom was here for 16 months. They overcharged her when moving in and tried to overcharge her when moving out. They Lost numerous articles of her clothing including an expensive winter wool coat, Laundry ruined her $150 wig by putting it in the washing machine--not once--but twice! Sent mom to the hospital twice unnecessarily--doctor there said nothing was wrong and she shouldn't have been sent by ambulance. Gave hospital and ambulance mom's old insurance info--which they didn't correct until I notified them several times. Mom fell over 15 times. When we picked mom up for church, she had crumbs all over her face and had had an accident in her pants. When we picked up mom for Thanksgiving, she had on another resident's pants which were 2 sizes too big and old man socks on. Mail addressed to me kept coming with an incorrect first name. In 16 moths, Brookdale Memory Care Niagara had 3 Executive Directors, 2 Activity Directors, 2 Business Managers, and 2 Health and Wellness Directors. There was absolutely no continuity. Lastly, I was supposed to receive a Care Plan within 2 weeks of mom's moving in. I didn't receive it until I requested it 3 months later, and it contained incorrect medical information. I could go on and on. There were a few people who were helpful: Angela and Brandi in activities and Debbie, the nurse. They were the only go-to people there. I moved Mom to Elderwood at Wheatfield Memory Care where she is receiving great care. Please do not subject your loved one to Brookdale.
