- SSSam5 days ago1.0I was stuck with this agency for childcare via Bright Horizons back-up care service. They matched to a provider and gave me this phone number to use. Through issue after issue over 2 week, ZERO times did they answer or call me back. ZERO times did they reply to emails. Nothing. Is the owner alive? Does anyone manage this place? Who knows. I recommend avoiding Jovie Manhattan West like the plague.
