Not only do they listen to your concerns, they go above and beyond to help make it happen. My mom who has dementia and lives alone had limited home care hours. Not only did they help her obtain more hours they also helped me get started with the NHTD waiver program to help get her 24/7 hours and the luxury to stay in her home. I want to thank everyone at Our Care Health and especially to Kevin who showed empathy and was able to make it all happen along with his team. I can’t thank you enough.
