He did a beautiful job on the stone and was compassionate, responsive, and easy to work with during a very difficult time. While other companies made me feel like just another sale, Randy treated me with care and personal attention. He always responded quickly and knew exactly who I was and which stone we were discussing. He even completed the headstone weeks ahead of schedule so it was ready in time for Christmas.
