Falconer Funeral Home was founded in 1936 and has been located at the current location since 1938. Frederick Mattison operated the funeral home for 42 years, and in his tenure added on the current chapel which is used today. In 1978, the funeral home was purchased by David Vanstrom. During his tenure he has made many improvements to the facility including off street parking, handicapped bathrooms and ramp, and has made the facility and business a benchmark in the Village of Falconer.
