    Tatyana and Matthew provided professional and caring service for my mother. They arranged for her to be flown from Florida to NY. They made sure our family's wishes were carried out. The rooms are lovely, modern and bright. Everything was explained and itemized for us so there were no surprises. They were there every step of the way and believe me it matters when a family is grieving.

    Regrettably, we had to plan a funeral for my mom. We had gotten a quote from another funeral home that just seemed somewhat outrageous. We had enough time to solicit other quotes. Matthew at Ballard Durand came in with a reasonable quote so we met with him. Both of his facilities are beautiful, tasteful and conveniently located so we booked him. When the time came, we experienced true professionalism and a genuine concern for the total family’s needs. I highly, highly recommend Giving them the opportunity to plan a funeral. They are absolutely excellent from start to finish.
