  I truly love it here at Brookdale. All the staff are helpful and ensuring that all our needs are met, from administration to housekeeping to dining and activities. We see their care and concern for all of us here. We are treated with dignity . and we can feel the concern they have for us. Words alone can't begin to express the warmth and love I feel for each of them. They make my day!!!!!'

  Overall was a great experience for my relative the past few years and some others I knew attended! The staff, care, activities, and services provided were all excellent for them! There were some really good model employees especially at the front desk. 👏 Gorgeous scenery and rooms. Prices are a little crazy now though. *However, I'll never forget years ago I worked in dining staff for one of my first jobs, that was a rough experience. The old management and high dining staff (if still there) did not talk about some residents nicely, treat staff right, or behave properly. That was disappointing, hopefully that changed.

  This place is a scam. They make it look so great. They told me give your loved one 6 weeks to get acclimated. They didn’t give him two!!! They don’t watch their residents. They let them wonder all over and when they don’t do what they want them to do they call and ambulance. That’s ABSURD! It’s suppose to be a dementia ward and this is supposedly their expertise. If you value your loved one you won’t send them there. It’s a joke!!!!!
