  Ivy Cremation & Memorial Services provided compassionate and professional care during a difficult time. From the first call to the final arrangements, the team was patient, respectful, and responsive. They made a stressful process much easier, handling details with care and keeping us informed every step of the way. I especially appreciated their transparency and kindness — they listened to our questions and offered clear answers, which brought a lot of peace. Based on my experience and what others have shared, I would recommend Ivy for anyone looking for respectful, affordable, and supportive cremation services in the NYC area

  Honestly, I had such a great experience with Sept and his team at Ivy Cremation & memorial services of NY. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, and right from the start, you just feel like he’s someone you can really trust with such a delicate process. His whole team was so reliable and kept us in the loop from beginning to end. Even though it was a really emotional time for us, the entire journey—from that first phone call to finally picking up my mother’s ashes—was handled with so much care. Their pricing is very reasonable, and we felt supported the entire way through. I will say, you might have to check in once or twice because they stay so busy helping other families, but they never forget about you. I truly appreciated the compassion they showed us. Thank you deeply .

  As I sit here in tears ready to say my final goodbyes to my Mom, the only light in this dark tunnel has been finding Ivy. They made this process so easy and the Director has been so Kind and patient. The thought of making arrangements 900 miles away was a nightmare. I received a link, completed it and it was over. Of course I made a mistake and they text me, so patient and understanding and fixed it immediately. Thank you so much for making something so hard, as easy as possible. May you all be blessed!

  Sept was incredibly compassionate and heartfelt when explaining the cremation process to me after my father passed away. He offered several options for how my family and I could say our goodbyes, and not once did he make me feel rushed. I truly appreciate the time he took to keep me updated throughout the entire process. Moments like these are never easy, but Sept made it feel a little less painful and far less stressful. Thank you to Sept & the team at Ivy Cremation!

  It pains me to write this as it is very fresh, but I needed to express the work they did for my famimy. Our daughter unexpectedly passed away and upon my first contact with the funeral director Sept it was like no other calls mattered. Sept from the first call made us feel comfortable ( a warm hug kind of comfort). Once we decided to go with Ivy Cremations, it was constant communication, whether it was calls or via text. We did not communicate via emails which was greatly appreciated and was not an option for us. That was a big plus as communication was consistent. We met Alex tonset up the final arrangements and that interation was pleasant and due to prvios patrons we were not able to bring food, but light refreshments and finger foods were allowed. The day of, which was Monday. From the limo driver Larry, who was early and waited for everyone, and opened each individual door. GREAT JOB LARRY: GOING AND RETURN. The place was clean, set up well. Nicole welcomed us and assisted where needed. Everything on Monday was perfect, accomodating and thoughtful. We cleaned up the entire venue which Nicole was so happy to express this was a first for her...lol Samantha the billing/invoice department was also availa le via text. Mr. Sept...there are no words to express how you made us felt. Larry we made him laugh on our drive back home. It was exceptional..Our baby was done right. Feo. The bottom of our hearts...thank you Ivy and staff💕❤️😪💕
