  Sept Jones showed an extreme amount of empathy as soon as we started speaking on the phone. He gave me all of the infomation I needed then made sure I didn't have to remember any of it. He said "you don't have to write any of this down, I will send you a detailed text with everything I've mentioned." Just as he stated within minutes of our call the text came in with all of the things we converse over. Sept made the process simple without overstepping. We covered everything. He was transparent throughout the whole ordeal. If you are in search of any service related to the death of a loved one Sept is your guy. Thank you again for all of the compassion you've extended to our family.

  **Exceptional White Glove Service – Compassionate and Professional from Start to Finish** From the very beginning, the level of care and professionalism we received was truly exceptional. The team went above and beyond to make an incredibly difficult time a little easier for our family. They called to let us know when they arrived to pick up our loved one, showing respect and sensitivity every step of the way. They took photos of both the wrist and toe tags to give us peace of mind and reassurance that everything was being handled properly. They continued to keep us updated, texting once they arrived at the crematorium and even sending a picture of the ash box once the process was complete. They also kindly offered to fill the urn and keepsake we had purchased elsewhere—something they didn’t have to do, but did with genuine care and kindness. Their communication, compassion, and attention to detail exemplify true **white glove service**. We are deeply grateful for the dignity and respect they provided to our loved one and to our family during this time.

  We would like to thank Ivy Cremation & memorial services of New York. My aunt passed away unexpectedly in New York and we had the pleasure of working with Sept and Samantha. My daughter found Ivy Cremation & memorial services of New York, on goggle and after calling several places. We knew this place was perfect for us. We reside in another state. Sept was understanding and patient, He did what he said he was going to do, giving us reassurance! Handling my aunt with care. Sept guided us through the process step by step and the paperwork was handled with precision thanks to Samantha. Ivy Cremation & memorial services of New York was heaven sent. They are affordable and do not prey on your grief and loss. I highly recommend 👌🏾

  This was a amazing experience. Going through the loss of my father was very difficult. Sept and his crew were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
