Do not waste your time with this place. You get more service on the street than from them. You have to wait at least a month to 45 days to get an appointment. You have to put in multiple requests and phone calls just to get your refill of medicine. They do not provide care. They tell you to go to urgent care or hospital. They would get no stars, but one is the lowest choice.....

EMBLEM HEALTH/ HIP IS TRYING TO KILL OF THEIR CLIENTS!! Without notice they change their prescription coverage saying my doctor now has to request meds which i need to survive, yet my policy says they cover them! Then in the same breath they told me they do not cover the brands he request and not for the volume he says i need! I am completely out of meds THE NEW YORK STATE LAW SAYS THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO COVER! I am paying for coverage and being denied the health care i need to survive.! I need a good attorney to help me sue! I've been with them for almost 40 years and now they are trying to kill me!
