Prospective members should be aware of severe administrative issues with billing and membership termination.
I initiated an in-person cancellation on May 16, 2025.
Timeline of Administrative Failure:
• Billing: I have been improperly charged for five consecutive months (June - October 2025).
• Contradictory Confirmation: In July, staff confirmed my cancellation was "processed" via email.
• Record Failure: Today (October 19), staff finally admitted they had no record of my cancellation, contradicting the July confirmation.
This demonstrates a critical failure in internal record-keeping and customer service follow-through. Be prepared for a lengthy and frustrating process to stop billing.

I only come for the indoor pool and have had a really positive experience! The women’s locker room and showers are clean and the lifeguards I’ve encountered are helpful and nice (I forgot goggles and a swim cap once & they lent me both).
The downsides are that 1) the pool is only open at certain times, which are posted on the website, and 2) it can get quite crowded in the evenings and mornings. There might be 2-3 people per lane, which isn’t ideal

Truly terrible customer service. They never answer the phone, put you on hold indefinitely, and we have been trying to cancel a membership there for 6 months. We were told to email them the one time we got through and we did like 5 times and no response, nothing and we kept getting charged. They had the audacity, after my credit card refused payment to continue trying to bill us, and I have to keep disputing charges! Capital One has informed me that not all merchants are blockable and so there's nothing I can do but continue to dispute the charges lol

Unpleasant young gentleman at the reception desk . He wasn’t able to cancel my membership in person because he didn’t listen to my information and he came out with an attitude not only to me as a member but to someone double his age. The young associate must to be trained for the job and teaching some manners.
Grateful and thankful for the helpful and kind manager ( woman) that took over him.
