Goddard has provided our child (3) with a top notch education! Not only is our child far ahead, but she has been given the gift of the love of learning! We are so thankful for Goddard and their caring/attentive/all of the best adjectives staff! Our child has loved every one of their teachers the past 2 years. We wish we could keep both of our children here for years to come! Thank you Goddard!

Joining The Goddard School in Reno has been, without question, the best decision my husband and I have made for our family. The directors and teachers don’t just educate and care for our three boys every day—they’ve truly taken our whole family under their wing.
Through this school, we’ve found more than early childhood education—we’ve found a community. As a proud member of the Parent Advisory Council, I’m deeply grateful for the thoughtful events and connections The Goddard School fosters among families. Having meaningful ways to stay connected to the broader Goddard community has been such a gift for us.

We love The Goddard School! The teachers are caring, communicative, and truly invested in the kids. Our children feel supported both academically and socially, which has been so important to us. We also appreciate the strong focus on security, it gives us peace of mind every day. Having classes through 2nd grade is a huge benefit because it provides consistency and stability during those early years when kids thrive on routine and familiar faces.

In each classroom, we provide hands-on, playful, child-centered learning experiences that vary based on the children’s levels of development. Teachers help children grow into happy, healthy, intelligent little humans who are ready to take on the world around them.
For infants, we follow the care schedule set by your family and utilize personal care moments to connect with and expand your little one’s individual development. Our teachers also incorporate songs, finger play, books and sensory and physical exploration each day.
Our busy toddlers flex their independence as they learn to walk, talk and safely explore the world around them. Their curiosity and interests drive the classroom structure.
In our preschool and pre-k classrooms, we add more school preparation and readiness by focusing on academic skills as well as interpersonal and collaboration skills.
