The day of the appointment I receive a call stating that he has an emergency and can't make it. I was told at the time of scheduling the appointment that my EOR would have to be present, so they requested the morning off. I asked to speak to a supervisor but never received a call. I called multiple times and left voicemails for the supervisor and no call has been returned. I work for a consulting agency myself and never would something like this be acceptable. Now my sons budget will take longer to be active thanks to Consumer Direct and their extremely unprofessional team because I am now requesting a new agency due to their inability to reach out. They do not respect or value anyone's time.

He called her she right way give attitude and was rude!
