Although I know she has many clients, she makes me feel that my needs are important. Sarah, and the Ladies that answer the phone are always helpful and patient. They all are greatly appreciated!

I have actually witnessed a CVR specialist (Cristine Silva) yell at a 92 year old woman, she also spoke to this woman with distain. It is unbelievable how they treat the elderly and disabled. The office employees have NO idea what they are doing; let alone management! The worse part; besides how they treat the elderly and disabled, is that they do NOT want to pay the caregivers! This adds stress of not receiving proper care on the individuals that need it!!
