Consumer Direct Care Network New Mexico (CDNM) provides quality in-home care and support to families and people of all ages, including older adults, children, and individuals with physical, intellectual, or developmental disabilities so they can remain safe, healthy, and independent in their homes and communities.
The office employees are rude and condescending. I have actually witnessed a CVR specialist (Cristine Silva) yell at a 92 year old woman, she also spoke to this woman with distain. It is unbelievable how they treat the elderly and disabled. The office employees have NO idea what they are doing; let alone management! The worse part; besides how they treat the elderly and disabled, is that they do NOT want to pay the caregivers! This adds stress of not receiving proper care on the individuals that need it!!
