Attempted to stop in for a tour and was screamed at by a homeless person for trying to pull into the community. There was a makeshift tent settlement right outside the building. Its in the absolute worst area of Albuquerque.

His and our experience with this facility couldn't have been better. The staff were friendly, caring and so accommodating. He had many issues that had to be dealt with and the facility director and the corporate Brookdale were very helpful in working with us, making his stay there work for him. We can't thank them enough and we highly recommend them.
