  Brookdale is a beautiful place. The rooms have lovely views and the common areas are spacious and organized. But what I like best about Brookdale is the staff. It was hard for my parents to leave their home, but I've seen the staff at Brookdale go above and beyond to be kind and accommodating to their special needs and interests. My parents have enjoyed the regular meals, daily exercise, and social activities. The staff just had a big Thanksgiving meal for residents and their families, and they went all out to make the occasion warm and festive. I'm so happy that my parents are in a place where they are safe and surrounded by compassionate caregivers.

  Brittany Reynolds at the Brookdale Memory Care Unit is amazing. The compassion, communication and care she has given my mother-in-law has been top notch. She has made the transition that my mother-in-law has had very comfortable and seamless. We can't thank her enough.

  Last spring, a dear friend made the life changing decision to move into an assisted living home. Very familiar with many assisted living homes in the area, he chose Brookdale at Tramway Ridge. It has been a wonderful choice. In these few months, it has become ‘home’ in every sense of the word. Brookdale is beautiful and well-cared for. It is clean and inviting. The residents report that the food is good and, if they don’t like something, they have other options for their meal. The residents share their meals in small groups of 2-4, much like a family at home. The residents are permitted to bring their dog and these animals become therapeutic animals, helping bring a since of life and normalcy to the home. However, an assisted living home is no better than its staff. The staff of Brookdale are exceptional. They are friendly, attentive and caring. They stop and talk meaningfully with residents; they take the time to do the little extra things like walk a dog in the evening when a resident is too tired to go out. They are nurturing and supportive to residents and their families at a time of life when difficult decisions must often be made. Brookdale at Tramway Ridge has more than met the expectations of my friend. They made a difficult transition so positive. After nine months, he remains happy that he chose Brookdale.

  My grandpa has been a resident at Brookdale Tramway Ridge for about a year and a half now. Today we celebrated his 85th birthday. Amber, Brittany and Kendall put together the best birthday party for him! Great decorations, food, cake, drinks and even goodie bags! Our family is very grateful for all the love and care the entire staff gives him every day since he moved in. Thank you girls for being so good to him and being so good to us! You are like family!
