The property is lovely and well-maintained. Her apartment is spacious, bright and cozy. She loves the food and activities and has come to love her fellow residents. This is a friendly and lively community. Always something good going on. We are very thankful to have found Brookdale West Orange.

The staff is friendly. They exhibit great patience when working with their residents, especially those who might not readily accept their new living situation. The facility is very clean and the food is excellent. Overall, this has been a wonderful experience so far.
- DTDon TestaDec 2, 20212.03rd "Executive Director" in 7 months. Staff tries hard but cannot consistently perform duties. Mom's dinner was still not brought to her room as of 7pm... again. 12% increase in rate for 2022. Hoping new director can iron things out. Food is excellent btw.
