At The Goddard School located in Paramus, we're more than just a daycare. The Goddard School is a private preschool, offering childcare to infants and toddlers to pre-k. Our programs are designed to nurture each child's curiosity in a safe and caring environment.
My one year old has been attending Goddard in Paramus for a few months now and I could not be happier with the care he is receiving. The attention to detail and responsiveness shown by his teachers and the wonderful center director are excellent. Any time I have a question or concern, they respond immediately, and are extremely sensitive to his specific needs. I was impressed with how they took special care with him when he was first eating solids to make sure he was eating safely, and appreciate their updates on how he is improving his self-feeding skills. I can also tell that his teachers and the director genuinely know him and care about his growth and well being. They are always eager to tell me about new skills he is learning and displaying like waving and increased talking, and he has the biggest smile on his face when I drop him off and pick him up every single day. Finally, I love the variety of creative activities they do with him, which are appropriately sensory focused for his age group. I am so happy that I chose to send him to Goddard and look forward to seeing how he will continue to grow and thrive here!

In each classroom, we provide hands-on, playful, child-centered learning experiences that vary based on the children’s levels of development. Teachers help children grow into happy, healthy, intelligent little humans who are ready to take on the world around them.
For infants, we follow the care schedule set by your family and utilize personal care moments to connect with and expand your little one’s individual development. Our teachers also incorporate songs, finger play, books and sensory and physical exploration each day.
Our busy toddlers flex their independence as they learn to walk, talk and safely explore the world around them. Their curiosity and interests drive the classroom structure.
