  So very happy with how smoothly all of our plans went. From the minute i was greeted by bill i knew i was in the right place. I couldnt ask for a better experience at such a sad time. Thank you all so very much.

  They failed to confirm the proper cemetery for the military honor guard at the funeral for a 101 year old veteran Air Force pilot. The funeral director folded the flag in a sloppy manner prior to presenting it to the family. The speech that is supposed to go with the presentation of the flag to the family was not given. Totally disrespectful.

  There are no words that I can use to show my total admiration for Holmdel Funeral Home and their staff. After the tragic loss of our beloved GG, we were distraught and at a total loss of what to do. This was my first experience with making arrangements and I went to Holmdel Funeral Home based on a friends recommendation. I called and spoke with a member of the staff and a short time after the owner contacted me. After a brief conversation I knew that this was a place I could trust with my GG. His voice was very warm and his words had meaning. The next day I met with Billy and he walked me through all the steps and made it very simple to make decisions on the arrangements. I never felt pressured and he was very patient and understanding of all my questions. He even made me laugh at one point, which was something I had not done since GG's passing. During the viewing, the staff was incredibly professional. They introduced themselves to our family and were very warm and sympathetic of our huge loss. What an amazing skill the they have. Due to the time sensitivity of our situation, they were able to make our sweet GG look so beautiful in a short period of time. I will forever be grateful that I was able to see her one last time. To Billy and the rest of the Holmdel Funeral Home staff, thank you so much for everything you have done for my family and myself. I could not recommend a better place.

  Our family cannot express enough gratitude for the excellent customer service and care that Holmdel Funeral Home provided us for the passing of our father. From the very beginning of this difficult process, everyone at Holmdel Funeral Home treated us like their family. A special thanks to all the staff there - Bill, Denise, Jimmy, Freddie, Scott and everyone else who supported our funeral that day.   Many thanks to Bill and his team, the level of service was impressive and the building is beautiful. Sharon would have been impressed with the way you redecorated your facility but more importantly the way you cared for her family. On behalf of our entire family-thank you.
