At The Goddard School located in Freehold, we're more than just a daycare. The Goddard School is a private preschool, offering childcare to infants and toddlers to pre-k. Our programs are designed to nurture each child's curiosity in a safe and caring environment.
Amazing care ! My daughter came for the summer camp program and will return back to her regular public school in sept. And I feel heartbroken because she won’t be in Goddard. From the main office to the teachers.. every single staff has been fenomenal. The care, the way to understand when I’m running late from work. And patience with Hannah is outstanding. I’ll truly keep them in my heart. And I know Hannah will never forget you guys. I personally felt so comfortable and at ease knowing that Everyday she was learning new things and the excitement that she would comes home from school learning new things from the weather to camping or the environment.. or acting numbers, colors, alphabet.. etc. thank you so much Goddard !

Choosing a day care for our children was one of the most difficult decisions we as parents had to make. Let’s just say the choice was very clear after touring a few local daycare centers and speaking with various individuals. Goddard Freehold has made us feel like family from day one. Now with two little ones there, the peace of mind knowing they are safe and learning on a daily basis is well worth it to me and my family. I would give Mr. John, Ms. Suzzane, Ms. Andrea and their entire staff 10 stars if I was able to.

All staff are fantastic! I feel as comfortable as I possibly could leaving my children at Goddard. Heidi and Andrea know everyone, and what’s going on with every child- they’re always ready to help with any questions or concerns. Knowing my children are happy and comfortable going to school is biggest reason why we love Goddard! Would highly recommend to anyone who is considering!

I visited 5 schools before enrolling my daughter at the Goddard School on Schanck Road, Freehold. Heidi, owner, took the time to answer all my questions ranging from the program, tuition, my daughter’s allergies, to the school’s emergency evacuation plans.
The program focuses on STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics) learning with fun, hands-on, and group activities. I was excited that my daughter will be learning these subjects before kindergarten and that she won’t be at home playing with the iPad and watching T.V. all day.
I felt very safe leaving my daughter at this location. The front door is always locked with an electronic keypad. There are two offices near the front door to monitor people entering and leaving the front door. There are exterior security cameras and the building is up-to-date with a fire sprinkler system.
Heidi and her staff are always available to answer any concerns. As long as they are in and available, you can reach out to them without making an appointment. This came in handy when I had a personal situation that affected my daughter. Heidi listened and gave me options to work with my family. At this point, Heidi further proved to me that she is more than just a franchise owner. She genuinely loves kids and wants them to succeed.

For infants, we follow the care schedule set by your family and utilize personal care moments to connect with and expand your little one’s individual development. Our teachers also incorporate songs, finger play, books and sensory and physical exploration each day.
Our busy toddlers flex their independence as they learn to walk, talk and safely explore the world around them. Their curiosity and interests drive the classroom structure.
