  My father has been a resident at Brookdale Florence for a year now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From day one, the staff has been compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to his well-being. My father receives excellent care, and most importantly, he feels safe, respected, and valued. The team here is remarkable. They treat residents like family and consistently go above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming environment. The Director leads with genuine care and professionalism, and it shows in every aspect of the Community. The Resident Engagement Director has been amazing at encouraging my father to get out, stay active, and enjoy social events. The Health and Wellness Team is always willing to answer questions and offer thoughtful solutions. The Associates in the dining room, the Janitorial Staff, and the Environmental Coordinator are all kind and caring. The Sales Coordinator continues to provide support and guidance, which has been greatly appreciated. I cannot say enough about his Caregiver, who is the epitome of compassion and goes above and beyond every single day. Knowing my father is surrounded by such wonderful people brings me tremendous peace of mind. I’m deeply grateful to everyone at Brookdale Florence for the kindness and dedication they show each day in making Brookdale feel like home.

  My friend lived happily at Brookdale Florence. It is a very homey and comfortable environment. He was reluctant to go into assisted living, but really needed the care. While there he made great friends and was very happy. He would walk around the path of the attached scenic park. He always said he enjoyed the food. He participated in the activities and events. He adjusted quickly and was pleasantly surprised by how happy he was living in a facility. Thumbs up to all who cared for him and made him feel at home.

  My Mother-in-law was very reluctant to enter an assisted living facility, even though her limited mobility left her homebound and missing social interaction which had been such a big part of her life before she developed health issues. Since she has moved into Brookdale Florence she has blossomed into a much happier person, interacting with other adults in a way which she finds very rewarding.

  Brookdale Florence, NJ is a nice residence for senior care. The staff is very friendly and caring.
