At The Goddard School located in Delran, we're more than just a daycare. The Goddard School is a private preschool, offering childcare to infants and toddlers to pre-k. Our programs are designed to nurture each child's curiosity in a safe and caring environment.
We can’t say enough wonderful things about The Goddard School and their exceptional staff! We’ve been sending our daughter since she was 5 months old, and she has thrived every step of the way. She’s now in the Toddler 1 classroom and has had three sets of teachers so far — infant, first steps, and toddler 1 — and we’ve truly loved each of them more and more. Every teacher has been so caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in our daughter’s growth and happiness.
The teachers really know her — her personality, her needs, her routines — and it shows. She’s developed so well through all the engaging activities, crafts, and playtime they plan each day. The directors are also outstanding: responsive, kind, and communicative.
Daycare is definitely an investment, but we feel the value is absolutely there. The hours work well for our family, and the policies are fair and transparent. We have zero complaints — just deep appreciation for the safe, nurturing, and enriching environment they provide.
We also hear from many families in our neighborhood with older kids who went to this Goddard years ago and still rave about it. It’s clear why the school has such a strong reputation! They keep things fun with themed weeks, special visitors like a music teacher and the fire department, splash days, Halloween parades, and so much more.
It’s a truly lovely place filled with wonderful teachers, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL!!!!!
My daughter was bullied in this school in just her first week of attending this school. She could have gotten seriously hurt!! However, the teachers, the director and the owner, no one took this offense seriously and I was told that there is nothing they can do about it.
This is what happened. I took my daughter to school. I was saying goodbye to my daughter inside of the classroom. Suddenly, one boy classmate of hers ran directly towards my daughter and use two hands and very strongly pushed her to the ground. My daughter right away started crying because she was startled and also it really hurt. The boy's mom was standing right next to him. She saw what happened. All she did was took her son away. No apologies at all!! I went over to the mom and said "your son pushed my daughter and really scared her. This is not nice". The boy's mom just ignored me and walked away. At this time, the teacher was inside the classroom using her IPAD and did not say a single word to me about what happened even though she saw the whole event.
I went to the director and the owner. The message I received from them is that this is not a safety concern. This is unavoidable and it's just unfortunate that it happened to my daughter.
I refuse to accept the management's attitude about how my child got bullied and I have no confidence in this school whatsoever in protecting any child's safety. I do not want to put my child in an environment like this where she could get seriously hurt at anytime!!
I took my child out of the school right away even though they force me to pay for two weeks of tuition as penalty.
I am sure as a parent, everyone treasures their child's safety. Therefore, The Goddard school is NOT the school you want to attend.
My child is now going to Creme de la Creme. She is super happy now. Creme de la Creme has a much safer environment and much more attentive teachers. I am so glad I don't have to worry about my child's safety anymore!!

We are new to the Goddard school. I can already see a huge difference in my child compared to her previous preschool. She is happy and even excited to go to school. She always says mommy I didn't cry and I had a good day. I love their curriculum and love seeing what the children are learning via pictures I receive. My child's teachers are wonderful. If there is teacher In her class that I may not have met they are always welcoming and always introduce themselves which is a huge plus for me. Everyone is always smiling and seem to really enjoy being there. The directors Julie and Erika are really awesome. Great communication within the school and for parents. I am so grateful that I was able to make this switch for my child and so far we love it there.

We had an incredible experience at Goddard! They have the greatest, most lovable teachers and a wonderful administration. It’s so clean and there is a presence of warmth when you walk into the building. I know my kids were always safe and happy when I dropped them off. I am sad we no longer will be walking the halls and saying hi to everyone but I know my kids are ready for elementary school going forward! Thank you for the best few years! You will be missed!

In each classroom, we provide hands-on, playful, child-centered learning experiences that vary based on the children’s levels of development. Teachers help children grow into happy, healthy, intelligent little humans who are ready to take on the world around them.
For infants, we follow the care schedule set by your family and utilize personal care moments to connect with and expand your little one’s individual development. Our teachers also incorporate songs, finger play, books and sensory and physical exploration each day.
Our busy toddlers flex their independence as they learn to walk, talk and safely explore the world around them. Their curiosity and interests drive the classroom structure.
