Everyone seems to be enjoying themselves during their special activities and dining times. I feel like it is a real home for my mom and that she is very well taken care of in nourishment, medical, and social situations. It is a great relief to know that we found such a good place for her. I visit her often and am always happy to be there.

Their staff and leadership team are most welcoming, friendly and attentive to her needs and those of other residents. There is a strong sense of community and family at this facility, and it is pleasant for our family to visit my Mom, talk with staff, and the other residents. We are most thankful and appreciative for Brookdale Reynolda Road staff and the care they provide our Mom.

I feel that they are not only cared for but loved by the staff. I interviewed 20 facilities and Brookdale was an absolute perfect fit for my parents. It should be On your list if you need assistance for a loved one. I would recommend it and I do recommend it. And we are thankful that they care for my parents. We were able to decorate their rooms exactly as they had been at home , so in every way this is a warm happy place Update 2021— I can honestly report that the exceptional care and safety measures put forth during the pandemic have kept my father alive and well, even with fragile health. They check on the residents often and lovingly. And the executive staff did so much to keep spirits up. My family loves Brookdale Reynolda. JFL.

The caregiving team has tremendous expertise, & most of all, they truly care about their patients. I go to bed at night knowing my mother is clean, warm, safe, & happy.
