I cannot say enough about the help we received from Samantha. Being from the Boston area, we relied on her for more than anyone would or should expect from a stranger/funeral home from another state. She is the best I have ever dealt with and I will consider her a friend for life. Thank you Samantha for all your help in an extraordinarily, tough situation. You went above and beyond!

The meeting included video slides with different options on the best plan for us, as well as payment and payment plans. There was no question we asked that he didn’t have an informed answer for. He is so personable and perfect for this type of occupation, making us feel as if we had known him our entire lives. While not the easiest task to take care of, Jesse made it pleasant, and we left the meeting feeling good about our decisions.

I wanted to plan and pay for my own Cremation (somewhere in the hopefully far off future :)), and Jesse was super generous with all his knowledge about the many options I was presented with. I feel good knowing that when the time comes my daughters won't have any decisions to make or have to pay for anything. My mother did that for me and my siblings and it was a huge weight off of our shoulders during our time of grief. Many thanks to Jesse Bessette!
