We never worry about our kids while they are there, the staff is very transparent with care and excellent at communicating needs. The staff have all been wonderful and my kids love getting to see their friends and teachers each day!

Came for a tour for my two children and the woman behind the front desk (who I believe to be the assistant director) was very rude and not personable during the tour or 10 minute wait we had in the very time lobby. The center itself had a sour smell, and the infant room specifically smelled like cigarette smoke. Neither the assistant director nor teacher could properly answer what curriculum is taught in the toddler room, but that “the lesson plans are on the wall”. Additionally, the assistant director did not know the up to date rates or waitlist for enrollment—we never heard back from the director who was supposed to call and it’s been a week (not that we were going to anyways!) I feel sorry for the children at this facility.

Let me explain: From our tour before our child was born, to getting paper work completed and turned in, to our child starting this past January until now --->this center has EXCEEDED our expectations. The Director, Assistant Director, Teachers, and Cook in the kitchen--->all treat you like family as soon as you walk in there door. Not only that, it is all very genuine! We greatly value the staff and their loving kindness. And going even a step above all of this, they are very accommodating to our child's part-time schedule. This place employs rockstars! I only have good things to say about this place!

I had my son enrolled part time here while he was 18 months to a little over two years old. I witnessed teachers yelling at or even ignoring children altogether. When my son moved up to the two year old class, when I would enter the room I would be swarmed by children needing something or looking for attention. I was so heartbroken to drop him off that I pulled him out of the program and found some in-home help. I would not recommend the Childcare Network to anyone.
